I just wanted to write up what he's figured out as it sounds far closer than the other versions on here.

Asus4 Tuning: E-A-D-E-A-e
(low to high - so, start of in standard tuning, then drop the G down to E and the B down to A).

Capo: 4th fret (all tabs below relative)

Here's a list of the main chords ?" they all have very similar names, so try just to play the tab below
in time with the song, and you should figure it out pretty quickly! Don't forget to add in a bit of
