The bass seems very improvised, making it quite random at parts. I use the DigiTech Synth
Wah pedal at setting:

Sens- 4oclock
(adjust this to make it so that every note plays the 'wah' sound)

Control- 9oclock
(adjust this to change the amount of time you want before the 'wah' sound takes place)

Range- 1oclock
(adjust this to change what pitch the 'wah' starts at

Type- 4:Synth 2

There are bits in some verses where there are notes without synth
so make sure you don't have your Sens set at max. (The max is 5oclock)

Notes with; (NS) next to them stand for No Synth on that or those notes played.
(S) means activate the Synth pedal again.

This is probably played by a 5-string bass that has had its bottom string lowered even more!
Or its just a computer played synth bass...
