   Almost all of the song has a "D" played by the banjo with "D, D, Bm, G" played in the background.
   Also, please note that the "And if you'd run run..." section is the trickiest part. The only chord
   that I felt uneasy about is the "A" at the end of the section. It doesn't sound quite right, but
   neither do "Bm" and "D" sound quite right. Let me know if I can replace it with a better chord.
