Just a few tips for how to play this more easily:

I find its easier to make the transition between the minor and major chords
by using my pinky for the B string on major chords and keeping my middle
finger back for the minor chords. Also, although its personal preference of
course, I like to keep my ring finger on the corresponding fret of the D string,
just to keep the shape of the chords consistent (it makes it easier, trust me).
