Blind by Korn: Guitar, Bass & Songwriting Insights

"Blind" by Korn, from their self-titled debut album, is a prime example of the band's signature nu-metal sound. The song features heavy down-tuned guitars played by James "Munky" Shaffer and Brian "Head" Welch, with a prominent use of the seven-string guitar. Fieldy's slap bass technique adds a funky groove to the track, while Jonathan Davis's intense vocals and bagpipes give it a unique edge. Produced by Ross Robinson, "Blind" helped define Korn's aggressive and raw musical style in the 1990s.
NOTE:
The actual song is in A (a 7 string dropped a whole
step) but since this is goning to to be played in D it
will sound quite similar to the CD, It will sound good
even if the others in your band play it in A. Ive also
added a part which an extra guitar can play during the
chorus if you dont have a singer(it follows the tone
of the singer)
