Long Grift from Hedwig and the Angry Inch Key is apparently F with lots of minor keys and flat-5s sprinkled in. This should sound pretty close, and should allow you to do the arpeggiated part a lot of the time, although with some of the crunchier diminished chords the notes might be a little off. Lots of these weird chords are also not really necessary, so don't sweat it!
