Sweet Child O Mine by Guns N' Roses guitar tabs playing instructions.Released as a single in august 1988 this is the first and only number one hits for Guns n’ roses in the US. The song was written in five minutes and it has, as you can see in these “Sweet child of mine” guitar tabs only three chords. The key is D-flat mixolydian but right before the guitar solo it shifts to E-flat minor.
Many popular and original songs are the ones who are easy to write. This is no exception. Slash played the opening riffs as a joke on a soundcheck. The rest of the band jammed in the song took shape. Axl Rose heard what was going on and started to write the lyrics which where about his girlfriend. The song which you can see in the “Sweet child o’ mine” tabs below what born in less then five minutes. The rest is history. The intro was also voted number-one guitar riff of all-time by the readers of Total Guitar magazine.
