These are the correct chords for Sultans of Swing. It's simply Dm, C, Bb, A, & F. It's best to play all of the chords except A as Barre chords, especially the Dm because this is where the opening notes come from.
For example, start at the 5th fret and play the Dm, slide down to the 3th fret and play the C, slide down to the 1st fret and play the Bb, then you are right there for the A.
